olyamide is a high-performance polymer — yes, it’s the famous “nylon,” but in a far more technical version. We chose it for its exceptional mechanical properties: it’s ultra-lightweight, strong, wear-resistant, moisture-proof, and slightly flexible, allowing it to absorb shock without breaking.
In short, everything you expect from a great horseshoe — without the weight of metal.
Why in bead form ?
To make the result more uniform!
Our raw material initially comes in the form of small polyamide beads. And this is no coincidence. These beads are identical, homogeneous, and perfectly calibrated. They are then hot-compressed to form dense, uniform plates, free of bubbles or internal defects. It is from these plates that our BlueFactory technology precisely cuts horseshoes tailored to the exact shape of the horse’s hoof.
